Terms & Conditions

• If you wish to cancel or change a booked lesson, a minimum of 48 hours must be given. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in losing the booked hours.

• You must meet the minimum eyesight standard, which includes being able to read a car number plate from a distance of 20.5 metres. If corrective lenses (glasses or contact lenses) are required to meet this standard, they must be worn at all times while driving.

• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle at all times. If you wish to smoke, please inform your instructor and the lesson can be paused. You may do so in a safe and appropriate location outside the car before resuming the Lesson.

• If I assess that you are not fully prepared to take the test, I may reschedule it or recommend additional training hours at an extra cost. Please be aware: if a test is cancelled or rescheduled within 10 days of the scheduled date, the DVLA will not issue a refund, and the test fee will be forfeited.

• Please note: The deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and effort we dedicate to securing an early driving test on your behalf.
